Under the interview tab you can view existing interview notes or create a new interview.
Start typing the students name into the box and select the student you want.
When you create a new interview the notes you enter under “Student notes” will be visible to the student and parents when they log in, however if there is anything you do not want the student to see you should add it under “Staff Notes”. These notes will only be visible to staff who have access to the student’s profile.
Once you have saved your interview you will see two other buttons appear, Delete this interview and View Student Tasks.
Student Tasks allows you to set tasks for the student to complete. They will see these tasks on their interview page when they login. This is a reminder to you both about what the student needs to do to follow up from the interview.
Also note that under the 'Reports and Lists' tab you can click on 'lists' and get a list of how many interviews each student has had. This is useful in picking up students who have not had an interview yet.
