If a student expresses an interest in Gateway, Trades or Taster Courses (via a custom request page you have created) you will receive it as a request on your dashboard. Students might also make other requests eg for references using their requests tab. If you click on your requests tab you will be able to view all requests.
For a new request click on edit.
You can then reply to the student and change the status to complete, in progress or cancelled. The student will see your reply under their request tab when they login but you can also message them via text or email to let them know you have received the request and are dealing with it. When the student logs in to their requests tab they will see their request history, the status of their request and an answer if you have replied to them. NOTE: It is advisable not to delete requests as this also deletes it from the students profile and then they have no record that the request was made.
